Voisia non raccoglie, trasmette né condivide alcun dato personale con sviluppatori o terze parti. Tutti i dati (impostazioni, categorie, simboli personalizzati) sono memorizzati esclusivamente sul dispositivo dell'utente.
L'app accede a Internet esclusivamente per la funzione di ricerca di pittogrammi ARASAAC. Le richieste vengono inviate all'API pubblica di ARASAAC (api.arasaac.org) e contengono soltanto il termine di ricerca inserito dall'utente. Nessun dato personale o identificativo del dispositivo viene trasmesso. Le immagini scaricate vengono salvate localmente sul dispositivo per evitare download ripetuti.
L'app richiede i seguenti permessi:
L'app permette di esportare il proprio profilo (categorie e simboli personalizzati) come file archivio (.voisia). Questo file viene condiviso tramite le funzioni standard del sistema operativo (es. AirDrop, email, cloud). L'utente è responsabile della gestione e della condivisione di tale file. Il file non contiene dati personali al di fuori di quelli inseriti dall'utente stesso (nomi di categorie e simboli).
Se l'utente imposta un PIN per proteggere le impostazioni, esso viene memorizzato esclusivamente sul dispositivo in forma di hash crittografico (non reversibile). Il PIN non viene mai trasmesso esternamente.
Tutti i dati generati dall'uso dell'app (impostazioni, categorie, simboli, pittogrammi scaricati) rimangono sul dispositivo dell'utente per tutta la durata dell'installazione. L'utente può eliminare tali dati in qualsiasi momento disinstallando l'app o utilizzando le funzioni di reset presenti nelle impostazioni. Non essendovi dati archiviati su server esterni, non è necessaria alcuna procedura di cancellazione remota.
Voisia è un'app di comunicazione aumentativa e alternativa (CAA) pensata anche per l'uso da parte di minori. L'app non raccoglie, trasmette né conserva alcun dato personale di nessun utente, inclusi i minori. Non è richiesta né prevista alcuna registrazione o creazione di account. L'app è conforme alle normative sulla privacy applicabili ai minori (tra cui il GDPR per gli utenti europei).
Voisia non raccoglie né tratta dati personali degli utenti. Non essendo effettuato alcun trattamento di dati personali ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR), non si applica alcuna base giuridica di trattamento. I soli dati presenti nell'app sono quelli inseriti volontariamente dall'utente e conservati esclusivamente sul suo dispositivo.

Voisia does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with developers or third parties. All data (settings, categories, custom symbols) is stored exclusively on the user's device.
The app accesses the Internet solely to search for ARASAAC pictograms. Requests are sent to the public ARASAAC API (api.arasaac.org) and contain only the search term entered by the user. No personal data or device identifiers are transmitted. Downloaded images are saved locally on the device to avoid repeated downloads.

The app allows users to export their profile (categories and custom symbols) as an archive file (.voisia). This file is shared via standard operating system functions (e.g. AirDrop, email, cloud). The user is responsible for managing and sharing this file. The file does not contain personal data beyond what the user themselves has entered (category and symbol names).
If the user sets a PIN to protect the settings, it is stored exclusively on the device as a cryptographic hash (non-reversible). The PIN is never transmitted externally.
All data generated by use of the app (settings, categories, symbols, downloaded pictograms) remains on the user's device for the duration of the installation. Users can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app or using the reset functions in the settings. Since no data is stored on external servers, no remote deletion procedure is required.
Voisia is an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) app designed for use by individuals of all ages, including minors. The app does not collect, transmit, or retain any personal data from any user, including children. No registration or account creation is required or supported. The app complies with applicable privacy regulations regarding minors, including the GDPR for European users.
Voisia does not collect or process users' personal data. Since no personal data processing takes place within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), no legal basis for processing applies. The only data present in the app is that voluntarily entered by the user and stored exclusively on their device.
